Why Is Daily Pricing So Hard Without a Revenue Manager?
Most independent hotels set rates from instinct, a glance at the hotel down the road and whatever time is left at the end of the day. Rates stay flat through a local event, or drop too far in a quiet week. Propeter does the analysis for you. It reads your occupancy and pickup pace, booking window, length of stay, competitor rates and seasonality, then proposes a rate for each room type and date and shows what drove it.

How Do You Stay in Control of Your Rates?
Nothing is published until someone on your team approves it. Review the day’s recommendations, approve the ones you agree with individually or in bulk, and change or skip the rest. Guardrails you set in advance keep every recommendation inside your commercial limits, and every approval is recorded in an audit log.
