Propeter Platform Terms of Service

1. Subscription Agreement & Service Availability
By accessing or using the Propeter revenue management and pricing system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Services are provided on a recurring software subscription basis subject to individual property key counts and order forms.
2. 0% Direct Booking Commission Model
Propeter does not charge booking percentage fees or transactional commissions on reservations completed through the Propeter Direct Booking Engine. Clients are responsible solely for third-party merchant processing fees incurred directly with our payment partner, Windcave.
3. Property Management System Connectors
Integration adapters for external PMS providers (including Oracle OPERA Cloud, Mews, and RMS Cloud) operate in accordance with documented third-party API specifications. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid vendor licenses with their respective PMS providers.
