What does USD 5 per room per month buy?
Propeter forecasts demand, monitors your market and competitor rates, and recommends a rate for each room type and date, showing the reasons behind it. Your team reviews and approves recommendations individually or in bulk, and approved rates are published through your connected PMS and distribution systems. The subscription covers that revenue management workflow and all other Propeter software modules.

What does the subscription cost per room night?
A simple way to judge the price is to spread it across the nights you have to sell. USD 5 per room per month ÷ about 30 nights ≈ USD 0.17 per available room night. To cover the subscription, RevPAR needs to rise by roughly that amount, before implementation and setup costs. Illustrative calculation, not a forecast of results.

Why there is no commission on direct bookings
Some booking engines charge a percentage of every reservation made on the hotel’s own website. Propeter charges 0% commission on direct bookings made through the Propeter booking engine. Card payments are processed by Windcave on its hosted payment page, and standard payment processing fees apply.
