What Does Propeter Read and Write, and What Stays in Your PMS?
Propeter reads the data it needs to forecast and price, such as configuration, inventory, reservations and occupancy, from your connected PMS. Your team approves rate recommendations, and Propeter publishes the approved rates back where the integration supports rate publishing. Your PMS stays the system of record for reservations, folios, housekeeping and the night audit.

How Are Integration Failures Handled, and How Do You Get Started?
Reservation delivery uses durable queues, retries, idempotency keys and a dead-letter queue, so failures are visible and recoverable rather than silent. Implementation timing depends on PMS connectivity, property count, historical data availability, configuration requirements and rollout scope. It runs through connection, configuration, calibration and go-live, and we agree the plan and timeline with you during onboarding.

RMS Cloud (PMS)
Two-way. Propeter reads your configuration, inventory, reservations and occupancy, and publishes approved rates back to RMS Cloud.
Oracle OPERA Cloud (PMS)
Integrates through supported OHIP/OXI interfaces. Reads property, inventory and reservation data and publishes approved rates. Deployment scope is confirmed during implementation planning.
Mews (PMS)
Propeter integrates with Mews. Data exchanged and deployment scope are confirmed during implementation planning.
Cloudbeds (PMS)
Propeter integrates with Cloudbeds. Data exchanged and deployment scope are confirmed during implementation planning.
Xero (accounting)
Connect Xero, map your chart of accounts per property and keep accounting logs. The scope of automated posting is confirmed during implementation planning.
Windcave (payments)
Card payments on the Propeter booking engine are processed by Windcave on its hosted payment page. Propeter never stores card numbers.
Lighthouse (rate data)
If you subscribe to Lighthouse, Propeter can ingest that rate-shopping feed using your subscription credentials.
PredictHQ (events data)
Where enabled, local events data from PredictHQ is included in demand forecasts.
Channel & OTA distribution
Distributes approved pricing through supported PMS and channel connectivity. Works alongside your channel manager; Propeter is not a channel manager.
