OTAs bring demand, and most hotels will keep using them. The aim is to win back the guests who would book direct if the experience and the rate were right. On those bookings, Propeter charges no commission. You pay Windcave’s standard card processing fees, and the booking engine is included in the Propeter subscription: USD 5 per room per month, all modules included, with implementation and setup scoped and quoted separately.

When a guest selects a room, their rate is held in a 30-minute checkout session while they review the stay, add extras and pay. Card details are entered on Windcave’s hosted payment page, and Propeter stores tokens, not card numbers.

The booking engine is connected to the rest of Propeter, so a direct booking uses the same rates, rules and guest data as everything else.

- 2. Offer rules decide which promotions, packages and member rates combine, within a maximum-discount cap and your rate floors

- 4. With RMS Cloud, the confirmed booking is created in your PMS at confirmation; for other PMSs, deployment scope is confirmed during implementation planning
- 5. The guest profile and booking history are available to Guest CRM and Loyalty
