Explainable AI Pricing, With Every Rate Approved by Your Team
Propeter forecasts demand, monitors your market and recommends a rate for every room type and date, showing the inputs behind each one: demand forecast, competitor rates, price elasticity and guardrail adjustments. Your team reviews and approves recommendations, individually or in bulk, before anything is published.

See the Inputs Behind Every Recommended Rate
A recommendation is only useful if you can check it. Each one in Propeter shows its calculation inputs (strategy formula, competitor snapshot, demand forecast, price elasticity and guardrail adjustments) plus any risk flags, so your team can approve, adjust or reject it with the reasoning in front of them.
- The competitor rate snapshot the recommendation used
- The demand forecast and pickup pace for the date
- Guardrail adjustments, such as a rate capped by your maximum daily change
- Local events up to 365 days ahead via PredictHQ, where enabled, scored and fed into forecasts
Review and Approve in One Queue, Individually or in Bulk
Recommendations are generated automatically on a schedule (hourly by default) and wait in an approval queue. Nothing is published until someone on your team approves it. Approved rates are then published through your connected PMS and distribution systems.
- Approve recommendations one at a time, or in bulk
- Set rate floors, ceilings and maximum discount caps; recommendations that break them are blocked
- Cap how far a rate can move in one day
- Freeze specific dates, such as wedding blocks or event nights, so pricing runs leave them untouched
Forecasting, Elasticity and Guardrails Working Together
Each part of the recommendation is something your team can see and control.
Demand Forecasting
Occupancy forecasts from gradient-boosted models using your pickup pace, booking window, length of stay, seasonality, competitor rates and scored local events.
Price Elasticity
Per-room-type price-elasticity estimates from your booking history, used to weigh rate against expected demand.
Rate Guardrails
Floors, ceilings, maximum discount caps and daily-change limits. Recommendations without them are blocked from publishing.
Publishing on Approval
Approved rates are published through your connected PMS where the integration supports rate publishing.
Competitor Rates
Competitor rates from your Lighthouse subscription (if you have one) or competitors you configure, refreshed most often for the nearest dates.
Revenue Copilot
Ask questions about rates, recommendations and performance in plain language; answers are grounded in your data.
Every Recommendation Comes With Its Reasons
