Card payments on the Propeter booking engine are processed by Windcave on its hosted payment page. Propeter stores tokens, not card numbers. Propeter is PCI DSS compliant and Windcave is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider; you should still confirm your own PCI DSS self-assessment type with your acquirer.
