Build the Future of Hotel Revenue Management

Own and scale Propeter’s core microservices. You’ll work on the Rate Engine, AI pipeline orchestration, and REST API. Strong TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and system design skills required. Microservices + event-driven architecture experience preferred.

Build, train, and deploy XGBoost + LSTM demand forecasting models. You’ll own model performance (MAPE targets), retraining pipelines, and feature engineering from PMS + OTA data. Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, MLflow required.

Build the hotel management dashboard and guest-facing booking engine. You’ll work on complex data visualisations (charts, rate calendars, occupancy heat maps) and a fast, accessible booking flow. React 18, TypeScript required.

Own the Rate Engine and AI pipeline product. Understand hotel revenue management deeply (prior hotel/RMS experience strongly preferred). Define the roadmap, write sharp specs, and obsess over the RevPAR outcomes hotels achieve.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for hotel groups and chains. Target: hotel groups with 5+ properties and 150+ rooms per property. You’ll run discovery, demos, proposals, and contract negotiations. Prior hotel tech or SaaS enterprise sales required.

Own the health and growth of a portfolio of hotel customers. Drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion. Prior hotel operations, revenue management, or hospitality tech experience strongly preferred. You’ll be the bridge between hotels and our product team.
