Our Commitment

Propeter Technologies Private Limited is committed to ensuring that our website and platform are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our digital products and are applying the relevant accessibility standards as a guide.

We believe that web accessibility benefits all users, not just those with disabilities, and that an inclusive digital experience is a fundamental aspect of quality software.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG is developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and defines requirements for improving web accessibility.

Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are working to address these gaps — see the known issues section below.

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of propeter.com relies on the following technologies working in combination with the particular web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on the user’s computer:

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript (ES2020)

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Measures Taken

Propeter Technologies takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of our website:

• Accessibility is included in our product development process and is a requirement for feature acceptance.
• We test our website with automated accessibility scanning tools (Axe, Lighthouse) as part of our CI pipeline.
• We conduct periodic manual testing with keyboard navigation and screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).
• We maintain a process for receiving and addressing accessibility feedback — see “Feedback and Contact” below.
• All interactive elements (forms, buttons, navigation) are keyboard accessible.
• We provide text alternatives for non-text content including informational images.
• Text has a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against its background (AA standard).
• Pages have descriptive page titles and proper heading hierarchy.
• Forms have associated labels for all input fields.

Known Accessibility Issues

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there are some known issues. We are working to address these in our development roadmap:

• Interactive calculators: The RevPAR and ROI calculators may not fully communicate dynamic result updates to screen readers. We are adding ARIA live regions to address this.
• Chart data: Revenue charts and rate engine visualisations are currently presented visually only. We are working to add data table alternatives and ARIA descriptions.
• PDF downloads: Some legacy marketing documents available for download are not fully accessible PDFs. We are updating these to WCAG 2.1 AA accessible PDF format.
• Video content: Demo videos and tutorial content do not yet have captions or transcripts. We are adding these for all video content.
• Complex dropdown navigation: Keyboard navigation through multi-level dropdown menus may not be fully accessible on all screen readers. We are implementing ARIA pattern improvements.

Assessment Approach

Propeter Technologies assessed the accessibility of this website by:

• Self-evaluation: Internal review using browser developer tools and automated testing (Axe, Chrome Lighthouse, WAVE).
• Manual testing: Keyboard-only navigation testing and screen reader testing with NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS.
• User feedback: We actively collect feedback from users who encounter accessibility barriers.

We plan to engage an external accessibility specialist for a formal audit in H2 2026.

• EU/UK users: Contact your national equality body or supervisory authority.
• India users: Contact the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
• US users: Contact the US Department of Justice ADA Information Line.
• Australian users: Contact the Australian Human Rights Commission.

Formal Complaints

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve issues within 30 business days. If you have a formal complaint, please escalate to our legal team at legal@propeter.com after first contacting accessibility@propeter.com.
